Award: MSc Information Management

Dissertation In Stage 2, you will present a written research proposal for submission. This will normally form the basis for the Masters level dissertation. You will work independently but under tutorial supervision, to undertake the research and prepare the dissertation.

The course is ideal for students who possess an undergraduate honours degree in any discipline. Other qualifications and experience will be considered with entry being subject to the University's judgement that the person has reasonable expectation of being able to fulfil the requirements of the award.All international students, for whom English is not their first language, must provide evidence of linguistic ability, by gaining either IELTS 6.5 or its equivalent in TOEFL prior to receiving an unconditional offer of a place on the course. English Language Requirements IELTS band: 6.5 TOEFL iBT® test: 90 IMPORTANT NOTE: Since April 2014 the ETS tests (including TOEFL and TOEIC) are no longer accepted for Tier 4 visa applications to the United Kingdom. The university might still accept these tests to admit you to the university, but if you require a Tier 4 visa to enter the UK and begin your degree programme, these tests will not be sufficient to obtain your Visa. Merit Scholarship
Aberdeen Business School offers a number of merit scholarships to outstanding students. The scholarship is available to:

* international students who will study the course by full time and distance learning and pay for the fees at the international rate; or
* UK or EU students who will study the course by full time and the fees are set in excess of 6,000 GBP; or
* UK or EU students who will study the course by distance learning.
