International Business and Management Studies

The Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) IBMS is a challenging and truly international programme, both in terms of its content and the students who take it. It prepares you for an international career in marketing, finance and management, including export management and research. This unique programme is the result of a partnership between the three universities in Leeuwarden: Stenden university, NHL University and Van Hall Larenstein. The programme was put together based on the strengths of all three universities. In the first 2.5 years, you will learn aspects of marketing and sales, Management & Organisation, International Human Resource Management, export and logistics management, quality and project management, strategy and international business plans. In addition, there is a major focus on intercultural aspects and your personal development as a (future) professional. Working together in groups, we focus on your career development. Where are you now? What are your goals? And how will you achieve them? A personal coach will support you in that process.
