This course is designed for computing engineering, information technology or technology pupils with or without networking experience who wish to learn or expand their understanding of networking and media technologies. As students develop from a number of backgrounds, there is a level of subject choice in this system to satisfy individual desires. The Internetworking app provides practical, hands on learning experience with all tools offered by Cisco Systems. The application covers all elements of the organisational use of networking.
Students may prepare yourself for CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) industry certification.
- UTS recognised bachelor degree, or equivalent or higher qualification, or submitted additional evidence of general and professional credentials which shows possibility to pursue graduate studies. Previous qualifications are preferred in computing engineering, information technologyand computer engineering, telecommunications, or some related subject. The English competency requirement of international students or regional applicants with international credentials is: Academic IELTS: 6.5 overall with a writing score of 6.0
- Or TOEFL: paper established: 550-583 overall with TWE of 4.5, internet established: 79-93 overall with a writing score of 21
- Or AE5: Pass
- Or PTE: 58-64
- Or CAE: 176-184. Eligibility for admission does not guarantee offer of an area. Assumed knowledge: 2 years' experience in networking or at the following position in the IT industry is desirable. Lawyers with no job experience are also considered.
