Journalism is visibly expanding and changing, and is an increasingly significant institution and practice – locally, nationally and globally. The intersection of journalism with new technologies and their association with social transformation offers a challenge to professional journalistic practice. It also opens up an exciting new area of academic study. There are widening opportunities for employment for graduates with practical and critical skills as well as an informed and specialist knowledge about journalism and media.

Requirements

• Specific entry requirements: Successful applicants will also need GCSE (or equivalent) Mathematics, with at least grade B
• IELTS 6.5 overall, with not less than 6.0 in each section. Pearson's Test of English (Academic) with 62 overall with at least 56 in all four skills.
