This qualification reflects the role of people who apply knowledge, practical skills and experience in direction and direction over a range of industry and enterprise contexts. Folks at this level display initiative and decision making in planning, organising, monitoring and implementing their own workload and the workload of many others. They utilize communication skills to support teams and individuals to satisfy up organisational or enterprise requirements.

Nominees need to take on a Pre-training inspection to assess individual needs.
