All assessment demands the application of theory to organisational situations, so not only will you be able to gauge the development of your own skills and knowledge, your organisation will also be aware of your increasing effectiveness. A theme throughout all the units is developing yourself as a leader and manager and contributing to the development of others so the course also provides a foundation for enhancing your career in the future and assisting others in their career planning.
