MBA

The Sussex MBA will help you to bring new skills and ideas to your business, and compete more effectively within your business sector. The course consists of eight taught modules taught in two-day blocks, separated by time for independent study, enabling you to gain an MBA qualification in one year.

Address current issues for your business, and work on these under the guidance of experts with extensive business experience. The course will help you develop a range of management and leadership skills, including change management, critical thinking, problem-solving, negotiation and social networking. You will improve your understanding of the importance of creativity and innovation, and develop effective strategies for presenting and selling your ideas. By engaging with fellow participants from a diverse range of backgrounds you will widen your knowledge and experience.

Requirements

• Magistr or Specialist Diploma with a minimum average mark of at least 4
• You will have at least three years' management experience in a professional work environment, and will normally hold an undergraduate honours degree or equivalent professional qualification. Applicants must submit a CV detailing their management experience, and will be interviewed as part of the selection process.
