Graduate of PhD program Measurement Science obtains deep theoretical and methodological knowledge and practical experiences from the essential areas of measurement science at level of the present state of the science all over the world. He knows scientific methods of research and measuring systems development, he is qualified to design measuring instruments on the basis of the state of scientific knowledge, to propose original principles of measurement and to develop original technical and software tools of measuring system. He is able to scientifically optimise technical solutions of measuring systems for their application in the different technological sectors and for automation and parameters monitoring from the point of view of quality management and certification of the products. He will acquire principles of individual and team scientific work, scientific research, scientific problem formulation, complex problems solution and presentation of scientific results. He will creatively apply acquired knowledge in the praxis and he will find professional place in the different branches of science, research, industry and services in public and in private sector.
