The Graduate degree in Media Arts and Generation is part of an articulated program in social networking and production that features moving image, sound, digital media and interaction, and also the interplay among the press. This class intends to provide students with core skills into moving image, digital media or sound production; expertise in one area of media arts and production; a capability to think critically and creatively about, and contribute to, developments within the media businesses; an understanding of industry methods in media production; the capability to produce and seriously revise their own work; and also job management skills in the circumstance of a networking job.
- UTS recognised bachelor degree, or equivalent or higher qualification, or submitted additional evidence of general and professional qualifications which demonstrates potential to pursue graduate studies. Applicants that haven't completed a bachelor's, master's, graduate diploma or graduate certification in just about any field of study (or overseas equivalent) must provide: a personal statement (approximately 500 words) explaining why they wish to study the training program
- A CV which should include details of paid and voluntary work or other adventures that could possibly be relevant to this course. If candidates don't submit these records, their application may not be considered. The English competency requirement of international students or neighborhood applicants with international qualifications is: Academic IELTS: 6.5 overall with a writing score of 6.0
- Or TOEFL: newspaper based: 550-583 complete with TWE of 4.5, internet based: 79-93 complete with a writing score of 21
