We are delighted that you are considering joining our Oboe Programme at the State Conservatory of Music "Fausto Torrefranca". Our programme is designed to provide students with the highest quality of musical education and performance opportunities.

In order to be accepted into the Oboe Programme, applicants must demonstrate a high level of musical proficiency. This includes a strong knowledge of music theory, sight-reading, and aural skills. Additionally, applicants must demonstrate a strong technical proficiency on the oboe, including the ability to play scales, arpeggios, and other technical exercises.

We also require applicants to submit a recorded audition, which should include two contrasting pieces of music. The audition should demonstrate the applicant's technical and musical abilities, as well as their ability to interpret music.
