The Master of Palliative Care aims to extend the chance for individuals from some professional background who are employed in palliative care along with a related area to deepen and extend their knowledge base in palliative and supported care in just a worldwide context and also to handle particular needs of their clinic and occupation. Additionally, it intends to offer the opportunity for students to grow as researchers who are able to communicate research evidence to services that are professional.

  • Applicants must normally hold an approved bachelor degree or equivalent qualification
  • or hold the Graduate Certificate in Palliative Care, or the Graduate Diploma in Palliative Care or the Graduate Diploma in Palliative Care in Aged Care in Flinders University or equivalent qualification.

    Applicants also have to have no less than two years' fulltime equivalent clinical participation in palliative care and supporting families and patients having a life-limiting illness.
