Requirements for the Physics Programme at the University of Pavia

The Physics Programme at the University of Pavia is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the physical sciences. To be eligible for admission to the programme, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum grade point average of 3.0 or higher
  • Successful completion of at least two years of college-level mathematics, including calculus
  • Successful completion of at least two years of college-level physics
  • A letter of recommendation from a professor or other academic reference

In addition, applicants must demonstrate proficiency in English, either through a TOEFL score of at least 80 or an IELTS score of at least 6.5.
