This is actually a specialist postgraduate qualification in restructuring and turn around. The course provides a way for bankruptcy practitioners, turnaround professionals and professionals advising on training and turnaround to raise their expertise and skills by undertaking elective subjects across aspects of corporate and business practice. This class supply business restructuring and turnaround professionals a chance to broaden and deepen their understanding and abilities in regions of law and commercial practice which can be relevant in common small business restructuring and turn around situations. • Applicants should have completed an UTS approved bachelor's degree, or an equivalent or higher qualification, or filed other evidence of general and professional credentials that demonstrates possibility to pursue graduate studies. To be eligible for entry to this class students must have completed at least two areas from the Australian journal Insolvency and also turn around Association (ARITA) advanced certificate application provided by UTS: Law. Entry is at the discretion of the associate dean (education). The English proficiency requirement for local applicants with international credentials is: Academic IELTS: 6.5 overall with a writing score of 6.0
