This programme will provide you with all conceptual and analytical knowledge and competences needed for dealing with the challenges on operative and strategic level in the fields of organization, human resources and knowledge management.

General competences

Human resources development steams from knowledge based society and from work with people who are carriers of knowledge, abilities, and competences. Good human resources management can be a strategic comparative advantage or a braking factor in the development of organizations, and poses many new challenges to organizations and their management.

The programme is designed to develop the following competences: strategic orientation, expertise, focus on people, communication, creativity and initiative, team work, result orientation, analytical skills and organizing abilities.

They can be involved in such activities as: strategic human resource management, management consultancy, administration, industrial relations, knowledge management, recruitment, occupational health and safety, training and development, and organisational improvement.

Foreign citizens who have completed undergraduate study programme abroad may enrol in the first year of the Bologna Master’s study programme if they complete the procedure of recognition of foreign undergraduate education.
