Opportunities are fast emerging for entrepreneurs to successfully lead a new food future. Immersed in a way that integrates social, economic and ecological values, students may see plant and animal production from consumer contexts to research personal and community perceptions of food sustainability. This advanced level welcomes topics of agriculture, health and food to enable students to create solutions to international development, community education and the urban-rural interface. During study, involvement with community and industry could inspire students to take action towards a more sustainable food future. The course comprises disciplines of natural science, social science and organization studies.
