Training and Assessment

This qualification reflects the roles of individuals delivering assessment and training services at the postsecondary education and training (VET) sector. This eligibility (or the skill sets derived from components of competency inside ) can also be suitable preparation for people engaged in the delivery of training and assessment of proficiency in a workplace context, like a component of a structured VET program.The amount of learning of a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is on average six months to two years.Licensing/Regulatory Information Achievement of this qualification by coaches is a requirement of the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015.

Those entering the system has to be able to demonstrate vocational competency within their own proposed instruction and appraising field. Vocational proficiency is defined as broad industry knowledge and experience, and may comprise, but is not restricted by, holding a useful unit of competency or qualification.
