Training and Assessment

This qualification reflects the roles of an individual delivering assessment and training services in the vocational education and training (VET) sector. This qualification (or the skillsets derived from components of competency inside ) can also be suitable preparation for people engaged in the delivery of training and assessment of competence in an office context, being a component of a structured VET program.The amount of learning of a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is on average six weeks to 2 years.Licensing/Regulatory Information Achievement of the eligibility by coaches is a requirement of the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015.

Those entering the system must be able to demonstrate vocational competency within their suggested teaching and assessing field. Vocational competency is defined as broad industry knowledge and experience, and could comprise, but is not limited to, holding a relevant unit of competency or qualification.
