Training and Assessment

This qualification reflects the functions of an individual delivering assessment and training services from the vocational education and training (VET) sector. This eligibility (or the skillsets derived from units of competency within it) can be suitable preparation for those engaged in the delivery of training and assessment of proficiency in a workplace context, like a component of a structured VET program.The level of learning of a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is an average of six weeks to 2 years.Licensing/ / Regulatory Information Achievement of this qualification by trainers is a requirement of the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015.

Those entering this system has to have the ability to demonstrate vocational competency in their suggested teaching and analyzing field. Vocational proficiency is understood to be extensive industry knowledge and experience, and could include, but is not limited by, holding a useful unit of competence or qualification.
