This course is one of three graduate certifications at the Master of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship. It's directed at students who want commercial skills and knowledge in the subjects of accounting, finance, statistics and advertising and promotion to help develop their business ideas into a company want to pitch for venture capital funding. The course also comes with an interest on worldwide school, which provides students with knowledge of entrepreneurship and innovation training in different regions and businesses. Students with evaluated business ideas who want to produce a small business plan for their pitch and venture for venture fund reap the benefits of analyzing this program. Students learn about entrepreneurial ventures in different regions and businesses through practical cases. Students also have use of non-award-based events and seminars with entrepreneurs and also other relevant industry practitioners which provide facts and rigour to enhance their own class room analysis. The course is intended to give students with entrepreneurial skills and knowledge which will be academically rigorous but also practical to allow the evolution of the prospective entrepreneurs of Australia. The course satisfies students in company and non-business backgrounds who are thinking about entrepreneurship and developing their own business ideas, corporate innovation executives wanting to upgrade their own skills and knowledge, and current entrepreneurs who require specific skills and knowledge in entrepreneurship.
- Applicants must have completed an UTS recognised bachelor's degree, or an equivalent or higher qualification, or submitted additional evidence of general and professional credentials which shows potential to pursue graduate studies. Applicants without a qualification require eight years' fulltime employment experience and evidence of a general capacity to undertake tertiary education. The English proficiency requirement of local applicants with international credentials is: Academic IELTS: 6.5 overall with a writing score of 6.0
