Merit-based scholarships worth up to €2000 are available to full-time Non-EU undergraduate and postgraduate students in the Faculty of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences. These scholarships are based on academic merit and students who submit an application for a scholarship programme will be automatically considered. Courses in the Irish World Academy of Music and Dance are not included in this scholarship initiative.

Non-EU Undergraduate

Download the application form and apply directly to the International Office (University of Limerick, Limerick, Ireland).  The closing date for applications is 1st July

Non-EU Taught Postgraduate

Use the online application system to apply for graduate programmes. To apply online, you need to select the postgraduate programme you are interested in from the online postgraduate prospectus.  An application fee of €35 (electronic transfer) will apply.  This fee allows you to apply for two graduate programmes in one online application.

What to include with your application:
Certified results for all examinations mentioned on your application form and/or confirmation of the award of your qualification(s)
Certified English language translation of results

Closing date: The closing date for some postgraduate programmes is earlier than July 1st and students are advised to apply early. Closing dates for each programme are highlighted in the online postgraduate prospectus. Students can also contact us for clarification.
