This plan will make students a thought leader in actuarial areas. An ANU Master of Actuarial Studies degree will enable students to excel within their career literally any place on the planet. Risk is all around us - in finance markets, on the roads, from our wellbeing and also the climate. This amount will teach students how to apply mathematical ability in understanding, measuring and managing risks. Graduates will apply statistical, mathematical, financial, economical as well as other skills to untangle the many complex and difficult problems facing the industrial world.

A Bachelor degree or international equivalent with minimum GPA of 5.0 / 7.0, together with a minumum of one class within the field of math that must cover calculus and linear algebra.
