This program provides registered nurses with the knowledge and techniques for an expert role as a complex nurse in graduate certificate level. The class offers two subject elective choices to enable students to tailor their analysis to their area of specialty or their role. There's a wide choice of optional subjects that include, but aren't exclusive to, primary healthcare, acute care, education and research. The course is composed of 2 core issues and students select two electives to meet their employers' needs. The knowledge, skills and expertise gained empower students to improve the quality of care for patients and their loved ones, with evidence to make informed decisions about nursing practice. Students develop graduate attributes like leadership, critical thinking, responsibility, communicationand professional qualities suited to their role as well as Indigenous cultural esteem. All these features are all developed with key external stakeholders, industry consultants, medical care spouses, companies and clinicians.
