Ageing Support

This qualification reflects the role of support workers who finish managerial tasks and works in elderly services; either at residential, home or community based environments. Workers will require responsibility for his or her own outputs within defined organisation guidelines and maintain excellent service delivery through the development, facilitation and review of individualised service planning and delivery.Workers might be required to demonstrate leadership and possess limited responsibility for that organisation and the amount and quality of sparks of others within limited parameters.To achieve this qualification, the candidate will need to have completed at least 120 hours of work as detailed in the Assessment Requirements of these components of competency.No law, legislative, regulatory or certification requirements affect this eligibility during book.
