Ageing Support

This qualification reflects the role of support workers who finish managerial actions and serves from aged services; either at residential, home or community based environments. Workers will require responsibility for his or her own outputs within defined firm guidelines and also maintain excellent service delivery throughout the development, facilitation and review of individualised support planning and delivery.Workers may be asked to demonstrate leadership and possess limited liability for your organisation and also the number and quality of outputs of others within limited parameters.To achieve this qualification, the candidate must have completed at least 120 hours of are detailed in the Assessment Prerequisites of the units of competency.No law, legislative, and regulatory or certification requirements apply to the eligibility at the time of book.
