This qualification reflects the function of support workers who finish managerial tasks and works in aged services; either from residential, community or home based surroundings. Workers will require responsibility for his or her outputs within defined business guidelines and maintain superior service delivery through the creation, facilitation and review of individualised assistance planning and delivery.Workers might be required to demonstrate leadership and have limited liability for that organisation and the quantity and quality of sparks of others within limited parameters.To accomplish that qualification, the candidate must have completed at least 120 hours of work as detailed in the Assessment Requirements of their units of competency.No law, legislative, regulatory or certification requirements apply to the qualification at the time of publication.
