- or associate degree, or more, in a small business subject
- Or advanced degree, or more, in a small business field and have at least five years overall work experience in a relevant field
- or even a minimum of 36 months FTE managerial/professional work experience in a relevant field
- or submitted additional evidence of general and professional qualifications which shows potential to pursue graduate studies.
