This program focuses on the technical legal and business motives of being an in house lawyer. It has been developed in conjunction with all the Australian Corporate Lawyers Association (ACLA) to help students to become far better in house lawyers or help them make the transition into an in house role, and is designed to satisfy the requirements of both corporate and government in-house lawyers. The program is delivered primarily online via the faculty's Learning Portal, offering a high amount of flexibility for busy professionals.
