The Victorian Certificate of Applied Learning can be just a hands free option for Years 11 and 12 students. VCAL programs are intended to satisfy the individual requirements of their students and include structured workplace instruction. On conclusion of VCAL students may proceed to work, farther VET study, apprenticeship or traineeships. VCAL certifications are awarded by the Victorian Curriculum and Assessment Authority.
