This system provides a new pathway for most primary healthcare professionals and science graduates (clinical investigation is demanded ) to make up for Chinese herbal medicine clinic. The application covers studies on theory and practice Chinese herbal medicineand medicinal chemistry, botany, pharmacology and toxicology as well as clinical exercise. Additionally, herb-drug interaction along with relevant research training will be supplied in an integrative approach throughout the program. It is anticipated that graduates from the program will meet requirements set by the Chinese Medicine Registration Board of Victoria and equivalent accrediting bodies in other states. The application will be delivered via intensive face to face workshops, online learning and supervised clinical practicum.
Chinese Medicine Board of Australia. The application can also be approved by the Australian Natural Therapists Association (ANTA) and the Federation of Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture Societies of Australia Inc (FCMA).
An Australian bachelor's degree in health sciences which fulfills the following requirements: cell biology (Bio-Science ) human physiology human body (full body) pathology immunology microbiology clinical clinic diagnosis in Western medicine.
