The Job of Aviation is structured to Fulfill the Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) requirements for Private Pilot Licence, Commercial Pilot Licence and Air Transport Pilot Licence theory examination for aeroplanes.

  • Year 12 or equivalent
  • VCE prerequisites: Units 3 and 4: the absolute minimum study score of 25 in English (or equivalent) or 30 in English (EAL)
  • And Components 3 and 4: some minimum study score of 20 in Mathematical procedures. Just before selection, all short listed candidates need to attend a meeting and skills assessment evaluation, conducted at CAE Oxford Aviation Academy in late November.
