Beauty Therapy

This qualification reflects the use of people who act as beauty therapists to offer a range of beauty therapy treatments and services, including eyebrow and lash treatments, nail services, makeup, waxing and massage. They communicate with customers to recommend services and remedies and sell retail skin care and decorative products. These individuals undertake work independently, with minimal guidance from others, to carry out routine and non-routine pursuits and solve non-routine issues. They employ and accommodate technical abilities and knowledge, and use decision in the provision of beauty treatments and solutions. These people are responsible for their own outputs and offer limited guidance for others. Work is normally ran in beauty salons and spas.No occupational licensing, certificate or specific legislative conditions apply to the eligibility at the time of book.
