This qualification is part of the Property Services Training Package. It pertains to building designers who undertake building design projects included in the Building Code of Australia (BCA), except Construction Form A structures. Building designers may specialise in residential projects, including new structures, legacy restorations and renovations or additions; or else they may also undertake commercial and industrial projects, such as factories, motels, offices, restaurants, retail or service outlets and warehouses.
