This level is an extensive, industry designed class which offers a complete academic schedule of university level study in business, finance, promotion, organisation and operations. It also includes professional development including research skills and clinics, leadership and management, business ethics, crosscultural matters, career planning; and daily skills-training round every hotel department at a simulated hotel atmosphere. The class comprises a career development application of Paid industry placements in Australia and abroad.
