This two-year post graduate program offers the opportunity to build depth of expertise in two business areas.
Enforcement: Specific units may assist with preparation for the professional programs offered by CPA Australia, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and the Institute of Public Accountants as part of their respective membership requirements, Also for the Chartered Financial Analysts program. Management: Candidates will meet up with the membership entrance requirements for the Australian Institute of Management. Professional Accounting: Applicants meet the academic component of the demands for enrolment at the professional program supplied by CPA Australia, Chartered Accountants Australia and also New Zealand and also the Institute of Public Accountants. Graduates will also be eligible for exemptions at the qualifying plan for membership of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. Public Relations: This course is licensed by the business peak body, the Public Relations Institute of Australia.
- A completed recognised Bachelor degree in a cognate discipline with a minimum grade point average of 4.0 on QUT's 7 point scale
- Accounting major requires a Bachelor degree in Accountancy
- Applicants must also have at least 3 Decades of appropriate business employment experience
