From the development of environmentally friendly cleaning products or examining the components in pesticides on our fruits and vegetables to finding cleaner water sources, chemistry is essential.With nearly 60 Bachelor of Science (BSc) programs in 39 subject areas, we are one of the most comprehensive science faculties in Canada. The Bachelor of Science (BSc) General degree allows you to focus on more than one area of study. By selecting from a variety of major and minors as well as optional courses, you can create a diversified degree based on your own interests. Your major must be in Science, but your minor can be from Science; Arts; Business; or Agriculture, Life and Environmental Sciences (double majors are also available).
