Welcome to the Childhood Neuro and Psychomotricity Programme at the University of Pisa

The Childhood Neuro and Psychomotricity Programme at the University of Pisa is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to work with children with neurodevelopmental and psychomotor disorders. Our programme is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the causes, diagnosis, and treatment of these disorders, as well as the psychological and social implications of these disorders.

The programme is divided into two main areas: Neurodevelopmental Disorders and Psychomotor Disorders. In the Neurodevelopmental Disorders section, students will learn about the causes, diagnosis, and treatment of various neurodevelopmental disorders, such as autism, ADHD, and learning disabilities. In the Psychomotor Disorders section, students will learn about the causes, diagnosis, and treatment of various psychomotor disorders, such as cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, and muscular dystrophy.

The programme also includes courses in psychology, sociology, and education, which will provide students with the necessary skills to work with children with neurodevelopmental and psychomotor disorders. In addition, students will have the opportunity to participate in clinical placements, which will provide them with hands-on experience in working with children with these disorders.
