This program aims to build up the skills necessary for the non-surgical management of the complete variety of oral diseases in addition to for the maintenance of medically compromised patients in hospital along with non-hospital settings. It develops skills in the identification and nonsurgical therapy of diseases of the oral mucosa and salivary glands, facial pain along with oral signs of systematic diseases like HIV. It offers for the dental healthcare needs of medically compromised patients, including transplant recipients, even in close collaboration with the medical and surgical units of Westmead Hospital. Diagnostic oral and standard pathology are integral portions of the application.

- Bachelor of Dental Surgery or equivalent
- Plus 2 years general practice experience
