Commercial Law

The Master of Commercial Law will be for people working in jobs requiring a solid grasp of business law difficulties. Focusing on areas that have corporate and competition law, banking and finance law, and taxation law, it allows students to choose from a wide assortment of domestic and international business law units. Students will investigate contemporary law problems, pupil and practice, and evaluate complex problems applicable to the field from theoretical, international and interdisciplinary perspectives.

• A bachelor honours degree (or equivalent) in a related subject, including economics, business, trade or another appropriate discipline, with a minimum charge average
• or a bachelor degree (or equivalent), plus the graduate diploma or a graduate certificate (or equivalent) in law or a related discipline
• or a bachelor degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field, plus sufficient relevant work-based experience or practitioner learning how to deliver the equivalent of a bachelor honours degree in another of these disciplines, as determined by the faculty. Students will be assessed in their entire academic record, with a credit average (or equivalent) preferred. As a general rule, those who don't possess a credit are relying on relevant work experience to satisfy entry conditions Will Have to have worked for at least 2 decades
