This double level increases livelihood options across communicating and information technology areas. The communicating tool prepares students for professional roles in the fast evolving communication businesses. The program investigations and attempts new applications for mass and niche media operations in addition to recently evolved areas like social networking marketing direction. Students gain exposure to a wide assortment of communicating literacies and also local and worldwide communicating platforms through post-secondary instruction, international study experiences and engagement with world-leading research. Students will understand the significance of ethnic diversity, for example Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander viewpoints, in national and globalised communications surroundings. In the information technology application, students research a wide assortment of subjects like networking, software engineering, data warehousing, business process modelling, enterprise systems, information management, web engineering, or electronic structures. Work integrated learning and worldwide exchanges provide opportunities to network and receive first-hand industry experience.

This training course is certified by the Australian Computer Society (ACS). ACS certification is internationally recognised by the Seoul Accord.
