Community Services (Case Management)

This qualification reflects the roles of community agencies, case management and social housing workers involved with the managing, co ordinating and/or delivering of person-centred services for individuals, communities and groups. At this degree, workers have specialized abilities in community work and services autonomously under comprehensive guidelines from senior management. Workers are often supplying direct aid to individuals or groups of people. Workers may also have responsibility for the supervision of other volunteers and workers or case direction; application coordination or the development of new work at home opportunities.

Candidates will need to undertake a Pre-training inspection to assess individual needs.
