Being a technical and further education provider, Bendigo TAFE is governed by a number of regulatory bodies and frameworks and is responsible to the Minister for Education and Training, reporting through Skills Victoria within the Victorian Government Department of Education, Employment and Training.
Through a system of four campuses, Bendigo TAFE deliver over 100 postsecondary courses to over 9,000 students every year. The course content is intended to deliver hands-on, practical and industry relevant skills that help pupils into the workforce faster, upgrade existing skills or prepare students to further study pathways. Bendigo TAFE is also an essential part of town and is quite proud of the education, training and assessment.
