Community Services

This qualification reflects the function of community service workers who look and deliver person-centred services to individuals and/or groups. Workers might offer support, advocacy or interventions to individual customers, communities or groups across a selection of services. At that level, workers might be autonomous using limited responsibility within recognized parameters and may be asked to supervise and lead other workers in projects or teams. Work can happen in a range of community support, case work or event management contexts.No law, legislative, and regulatory or certification requirements affect the eligibility during time of book.
