Community Services

This qualification reflects the use of community service workers who design and send person-centred services to individuals and/or groups. Workers might offer support, advocacy or interventions to specific clients, groups or communities across a range of services. At that level, workers may be autonomous with limited responsibility within established parameters and could be required to supervise and lead different workers in teams or projects. Work can happen in a range of community support, case job or case management contexts.No law, legislative, regulatory or certification conditions apply to this eligibility at time of book.
