This qualification reflects the functions of community services, case management and social housing workers involved with the managing, co-ordinating and/or delivering of person-centred services for individuals, communities and groups. At this degree, workers have specialized abilities in community services and work under broad instructions from senior management. Workers are usually providing direct aid to individuals or categories of individuals.
