Creativity is used in many areas of cultural and community development, youth arts, disability arts, and correctional services. Graduates of the class can work in jobs that encourage the use of creative disciplines to encourage communities and individuals who are having social or financial hardship. Students work in Creative Enterprise studios offering authentic, problem-based tasks; choose from a variety of creative businesses majors to suit their individual creative interests and career aspirations; and develop skills in entrepreneurship and industrial connections to creative start ups. Skilled placements and Work Integrated Learning (WIL) provide chances to network and gain insight in the various career pathways.

Graduates are eligible for membership of the Australian Community Workers Association (ACWA).
