This system is taught by award-winning writers that share the tricks and techniques learned from years of first hand experience. Components available include lunches, kids' writing, and screen and stage writing. A portion of the instruction in these units is undertaken by the section Writers in Residence and from additional published writers. In recent years that the following visiting writers participated from the Creative Writing Program: Judith Beveridge, MTC Cronin, Robert Grey, Kate Grenville, J.S. Harry, David Malouf, Stephen Schedding, Nicolette Stasko, John Tranter and Alan Wearne.
