• Successfully completed an Australian Bachelor degree (or equivalent international qualification) at a design-related field
• And Five years' relevant professional experience in designing
• Or eight years' relevant professional expertise in managerial (or equivalent) design roles such as Director, Senior Designer, or Supervisor of a design crew.
