The Master of Education (Leadership and Management) can be the ideal route for professionals aspiring to become pioneers in a selection of educational organisations, locally and internationally. Participants are drawn from the college of Education and the School of Business, providing professionals with comprehensive skills, knowledge and competencies to lead learning and teaching as well as lead organisations within an ever changing small business climate. Even a capstone unit provides students with the ability to employ their expertise and skills to fix a real world education business control problem through action-learning. Determined by theory and practice, the path has significant application to the workplace.

Post graduate (Level 8) eligibility or higher, in teaching/education, political science, policy studies, industry studies, health, human welfare studies and employment, or behavioural science or bachelor eligibility (Level 7) plus 3years FTE work experience in teaching/education, political science, policy studies, industry studies, human welfare studies and services, or behavioural science.
