Throughout the study programme our teaching and learning strategy is wide-ranging and innovative, seeking to give you a rich learning environment that draws actively upon both academic research and business practice which are specifically geared toward encouraging participation, self-development and team working. Studies include a mix of interactive lectures, participative exercises, group projects and readings on articles and case studies. Alongside lectures and seminars students will have internship in domestic or international level (depends on the student) where students will learn 'on the job' in real life businesses. This program explores the process of new entrepreneurial opportunities and venture creation from discovery to exploitation. The emphasis is on applying and synthesizing concepts and techniques of the management function in the areas of financial control and management, marketing, business economics, strategy and organization.

Graduates of the programme are working in the leading local and international companies, banks, consulting agencies. Most of the graduates are running their own businesses.
