This exceptional course provides a broad understanding of the surgical and management interactions between the biological, physiological, social, political and economic worlds affecting on current ecological issues. In addition to studying one or two majors students can also choose a minor in Fisheries, Physical geography or an interdisciplinary minor. Graduates will be equipped with the relevant skills for immediate employment over Australia and internationally, particularly in the tropics.

    Assumed knowledge: English (Units 3/4,C)
  • Mathematical methods (Components 3/4,C). Recommended: one of biology, chemistry, earth and environmental science, science, marine science, specialist maths or mathematics. If students have not completed mathematical techniques or equivalent in senior high school, then they must complete the identical subject in this level.
